with an outside garden terrace.
Our chef creates fine recipes that celebrate the quality and flavours of French cuisine by using seasonal ingredients carefully handpicked at the market of Luang Prabang.
Gaspard definitely has a "je ne sais quoi ".

As you step in you immediately feel welcome from the staff and the beautiful setting of the dining area which is warm and chic. Food was by far the best we had in Luang Prabang. Highly recommended.

We had an delicious dinner at Gaspard Artisan Cuisine. The dining room in an old house is lovely, and the staff is excellent. We especially enjoyed the very creative broccoli appetizer. Portions were generous.

The passion fruit tart meringue what is the best dessert I’ve ever eaten. Vanhpheng was an incredible server and made our meal wonderful.

Beautiful place and excellent food, we came 7 times in a row. The staff is very welcoming and the food is top notch, especially buffalo fillet and truffle tagliatelle. A little calva to end magically.

Nestled beside the serene Nam Phou in Luang Prabang, Gaspard is a charming French restaurant housed in a historic Tai Lue-style teak bungalow.
This hidden gem, blending French elegance with Lao warmth, was once the home of a French doctor and his Lao bride, filled with nearly a century of love, laughter, and simple pleasures.
Rodolphe and Toune, inspired by this storied past, transformed the house into Gaspard—a culinary haven celebrating authentic French artisan cuisine and lush tropical gardens.
